Restored model request manager calling MakeCustomModel always. Without this, when loading a custom car resource only the first of any existing cars would be replaced. Instead we now have a check in CRenderwareSA::ReplaceVehicleModel to prevent vehicle dummy destruction.

Added client-side event onClientPlayerChoke, so it can be canceled. It will only trigger for the local player. Takes one parameter: The weapon id that is causing the local player to choke. If it's canceled, the local player will not choke.
