Moved chatbox setup to SetUpGUI(), minor UI tweaks.
Spacebar switches hands. If the chatbox has focus it no longer affects the game.

Added in the UI stuff. Gave mobs 2 hands and let you use both (1 and 2 switch, or click on them). Made the UI reflect what you are holding. Added in some error checking on recieved network messages.

Reverted #311. Something about the revisions to Item.cs causes SS3d_server.exe to fail with the error message: "Could not load file or assembly 'Mogre.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found."
Take a look at this please hobnob. Does this happen for anyone else?

Made some changes to the way object click detection is done. I removed the fuzzy detection distance thing because it was messy when in close proximity.

A basic framework for clicking mobs, printing messages directly to the chat for now (ugly). Also committed two text files containing a list of all the player model bones and animations in case anyone wants them.

You can now pick up crowbars which spawn randomly on the map. All models scaled properly. Some other crap too probably.
