All references to miyagi, mogre, and MOIS are removed. Goodbye, garbage. Also, fixed an annoying quirk where clients attempting to run a distributed build would crash due to the untrusted nature of the gorgoninput dll loaded after runtime.

Frame rate is now limited to 60 fps. We need to start going by the frame draw time. Show/hide top menu using F9.

Made some changes to how vents work -- if the amount of gas on a tile is less than .2 points away from ideal, the vent doesn't bother fixing it. Also changed the gas visual update threshold so it will now show small changes.

Converted SavedMap to have space tiles outside the walls instead of floor. This prevents a lot of gas thrashing when the server loads. Real maps wouldn't have that shit anyway.
