Added inhand sprites. If an item doesn't have an inhand it uses the on map icon. Made a method to automatically populate the sprite list based on our naming convention:

-1: On map sprite
0: North facing
1: East facing
2: South facing
3: West facing
5: Inhand

The humble beginnings of a UI manager. I don't think i broke anything but let me know if i did. If you have questions please let me know - but very little changed. The most important thing is that you need to set the componentClass var if you want your component to receive net messages!!!

It is used for rerouting the messages to the correct components.
