Added the last missing placement mode. Added XML elements and handling related to placement to templates. Check the template class and the wall mounted template XML for examples and explanations. Whats left? Hooking the remaining networking back up (Canceling, server issued building - not much work), fixing up the permission handling, adding entity removal and search, Handling for tiles (easy and not much work), Fixing align-to-similar speed issues.

Entity saving can be accomplished with F5. Need that placement manager back. Converted doors to entity, fixed them to block gas properly when loaded from file.
