An initial branch of the system refactor. There is an issue that is occurring in the HumanComboGUI with it not getting the Hands component from the entity. We did not have null checking on this before so I'm not sure what the cause is just yet. This refactor contains the main changes and some cleanup. More cleanup and tweaking is required once the initial bugs are ironed out.

A lot of responsibility shifted to the Service Manager. All but UiManager moved to the ClientServices assembly. To be able to register or unregister with the ServiceManager, the service/manager/class/etc must implement the IService interface for sanity. By allowing the ServiceManager to handle instances, most Services are no longer Singletons. The ServiceManager is still a singleton at this time. Before a service can be retrieved from the ServiceManager, it must be first registered. Attempting to register an already registered service or to retrieve a service that has not yet been registered will throw a custom exception. Any reference to a Manager now goes through the ServiceManager. Optimization still needs to be done on code calling the ServiceManager to reduce the number of GetService calls to a minimum. There is a special function called GetUiManager that is only for calling the UiManager directly from a GOC.

Cleanup of ClientWindow class and references. Safety added in message processing for MobSpriteComponent. Restructuring of SpriteComponent render process. Removal of duplicate or clearly unused using directives. Cleanup and restructure of SpeechBubble. Attempted to resolve issue with bottom triangle not having proper border, but now at this time white triangle does not render properly and black triangle only renders after second/third text change. Will need to review and resolve.

Strange enough this works. I'm not sure why deleting an entity also removes it from the inventory - theres no code for that but WELP. It works...

Networking mostly done. Theres some nasty bugs i need to fix. The spawned item doesn't get added properly and the deleting of the source items is fucked up. Surgical gloves and a helmet are the only recipe right now (and it makes no sense).

Made the server side equip and hands components remove entities from each other when they equip something. Cleaned up (un)equip code and made sure some edge cases wont cause problems. Added new functionality as per spooges request (Dropping anywhere on the equip panel might make equip slots obsolete if we keep it - might want to remove the drop functionality for the slots in that case, to further clean it up).

Re-adding textures after one of the last few updates removed them.

Added janitor items and some more medical. Fixed up lockers to open/close and not autoclose or open on bump. Fixed up some medical images.

Put in medical items, fixed item sprites to draw back sprites properly. Fixed all item sprites to draw at the right depth.

Entity Deletion. Kind of a hack job, really. Will make this pretty later. Right now you need to be in "use" range to delete something.

Added Tile Placement on F10, hooked up networking, fixed some permission stuff, removed unused menu items from menu bar and some other minor fixes and tweaks. Warning: Changing tiles does not change their respective collision objects right now. This leads to non-solid walls and solid floors. When the map is loaded the next time the problem is corrected, however this will still investigation and fixing. I just didn't get around to it yet.
