Fix bug with the taskbar menu sometimes appearing in front of AltDrag's tray menu. I always thought this was a bug in Windows. This has been pretty darn annoying over the years, I can't believe it was this simple. OMG.

Implement support for MDI windows, which can be enabled in the ini file. There are a bunch of new variables used all over the place, but they are all zero unless the window being dragged is an MDI window. I suspect there are some issues with multi-monitor setups, will check later. See issue 60.

Fix problem with WS_CAPTION check as it turns out that it also includes WS_BORDER. The check failed when WS_BORDER was set but not WS_CAPTION (e.g. Spotify shadow windows).

Also add snaplist to HookWindows, which makes it possible to snap with Spotify.

Add WS_THICKFRAME to config window, and subclass it to remove resizing borders. This is to remove the extra outer border which AltDrag cannot recognize. I tried to do that instead, but it was too difficult to make it work for all windows...

Rework the inactive scrolling once again, copying behavior from open source program FlashWheel. Fixes issue 117. There is one behavior that I didn't copy, since I didn't have a good test case; tooltips that block the cursor, which FlashWheel hides in hopes to get to a scrollable window.

Oh, and happy 500 commits. Yay. :-)

Rework the alt-menu prevention. It now successfully blocks the menu in IE10. A new state variable indicates if an action has been activated (until both the action is done and the hotkeys have been released), and it helps keeping track of whether hotkey presses should be blocked or not.
