another fix for stnadlone context

fix standalone context:
configure promise would not return, ALL event did not contain event name

prevented npm installation on architectures with no prebuild

fix standalone context events

- fix example in readme
- add the fixed example in extra folder

untested with desktop (which would need the same upgrade)
also this could have other side-effects

make node-fetch a devDependency
