* Introduced new networks_no_mask_if_zero knob: IP prefixes with zero mask - that is, unknown ones or those hitting a default route - are not masked (ie. they are applied a full 0xF mask, that is, 32 bits for IPv4 addresses and 128 bits for IPv6 ones). The feature applies to *_net fields and makes sure individual IP addresses belonging to unknown IP prefixes are not zeroed out.
