Added RedLawHosek18_extended(), which uses the Schlafly+16 law outside of the bounds of the H18 law. The Schlafly+16 law has been tuned up to resemble the H18 law in the 0.7 - 2.2 micron range

More long-term solution to filter name problem; now, user only provides filter string to isochrone object, and column headers for given isochrone are standardized. No longer does the user need to pass in filters to the cluster object as well. How the filters are passed into the IsochronePhot object has been changed as well; rather than a dictionary, the user now passes in the appropriate obstring. Examples of the filter obstrings are provided in the test/test_synthetic.py --> test_phot_consistency function, and detailed documentation will be available shortly.

Updated make_isochrone_grid, added Johnson filters, band-aid fix of colum header name problem. This will be the last commit before I change the way the filters are called so the column headers are standardized, which removes mis-match problems between IsochronePhot and ResolvedCluster classes (the current band-aid fix)

Added new class named iso_table. This functions the same as the Isochrone class, EXCEPT that the AKs and photometry are executed in separate functions rather than automatically being done in __init__. This gives the user more control over these computations (e.g. can apply different extinction laws and/or overall AKs to the isochrone, without having to regenerate isochrone each time)

Significant updates to code: created 2 separate functions for each reddening law object, one for deriving the reddening law (A_lambda / AKs) and the other for finding the total extinction at user-defined input wavelength and overall AKs value. Before, this was done in 1 function, which was problematic for some laws.
