added back libbluray, libaacs, and libdvdcss. These packages are needed by totem. They're listed as dependencies, and will be pulled in when installed. Added to gnome and mate images. Vlc is on mate images and it requires libdvdcss and libaacs.

gnome profile settings. Disable brltty, acpid and ufw services from starting on the live cd. They already do this if added to the start services line. This should hopefully fix images not booting to the desktop.

added a folder full of espeak varients, that have been turned into voices for sonar gnome images. I'm about to do the same for mate images. This makes the varients from nvda selectable as voices. Once espeak is upgraded, however, this will need to be done again. I'll write documentation on how.

Made sure that we at least have the default sound theme enabled, added keyboard shortcuts for toggling orca as in gnome, and for zoom, on screen keyboard, in case we ever find those that are useful in the mate desktop. apparently zfs support in the linux kernel causes a host of problems with linux's vfs layor, which makes it able to support so many other filesystems, so removing it. I don't want one filesystem causing problems with a bunch of others.

added extra kernel modules for thinkpad laptops, the zedabyte filesystem, nvidia backlights, and ralenc network cards. I'm not sure why they're not included in the main kernel but they're all gpl. The zfs utils are cddl though. They're in the default packages file so all images get them.

removed pulseaudio ctl from mate images. For some reason, I'm not sure why at all, it's causing sound to stop working after login and requires a systemctl start alsa-restore to get it back. This seems to have fixed the gnome iamge.

gnome profile, added updated dconf folder for update keyboard shortcuts. Zoom is now bound to alt+win+z, high contrast is bound to alt+win+h, zoom is win+equals, zoom out is bound to win+minus. Increase text size is alt+equals, and decrease text size is alt+minux. To focus on the desktop is also bound to windows+d.

mate profile. Add an autostart entry to play the sonar login sound, as mate doesn't handle this natively. Also add in .dconf and .gconf folders that bring mate up to the level of the gnome image. Orca now starts on system start, most of the keyboard shortcuts are the same with the exception of the open system details one, I couldn't find anything to bind that to.
