Cleaned up the pipes error, made the admin panel into an actual "panel", added the trator menu option to it, added Network Technician job. Said job is useless atm however.

Working on a couple bugs, also updated nuclear to not spam the syndicate victory text, and if the disk is taken out of play a new one is spawned in a location favorable to the syndicate

Fixed a glitch where a duplicate door1.dmi was cauing problems with the firedoors graphics. If you did actually need this file (sorry!) then I backed up a copy of the file as well as the copy of it still in the revision history.
