Improve disable button so it attaches to the refresh button if listed first in toolbar layout.

"disable" is now a brick you can add to the toolbar. If you have it listed first in chit.toolbar.layout then it will look exactly as it did one revision ago.

Also, I updated the help file.

If a fax or putty is used, my_location() becomes $location[none].

This prevents the outfit switcher from recognizing the current location. :(

Add plus icon to mood picker so that you can easily create compound moods. It's an awesome KoLmafia feature so I am happy to be able to finally use it without needing the CLI.
