KoL upeffects for items aren't as good as Mafia upeffects for items since they won't buy stuff for you. So don't use them if mafia provides an arrow.

It turns out that if the icon for a counter is also a link to a location, like the beach or dance card counter, then it wasn't properly parsed. Regexp fixed!
