With commit 2d5b7ba1836dfbbea428fc4e68e7aa961bdf1cd6 the need and support for Xfconf legacy (<4.13.0) in combination with dbus-glib was dropped. So remove also these checks from configure.ac.in and do not include these library at libxfdashboard/Makefile.am
