This is needed so it's easier to glue things together with Antwar.

No need to pad here as otherwise it starts pushing items to multiple
lines. That hurts readability.

Needed to rename `task` as `value` in earlier chapters to make this
easier.

Now it's on theme level.

Better not reset that margin-top there.

Otherwise it's possible to miss in case the site is entered through some
other page than landing...

This way they are more readable in a compact layout.

Probably should customize this further (ie. show toc based on page
contents). Better than earlie...
