SIP services and hooks are integrated together, abnormal situations are closed, and after restarting, it is found that on_publish on_stream_none_reader is repeatedly called, and auto_close=true is not working[Sip服务和hook等都集成在一起，异常情况关闭了，等重启后发现一直重复调用on_publish on_stream_none_reader，auto_close=true也没用]
