It looks like --config flag of postcss-cli doesn't work as I expect. css
gets purged now as expe...

Now all sorts of logic can be implemented since sidewind is fully
compatible with the approach.

This goes better with typed-html as `x:` isn't allowed in attributes
there.

This needs a small change in sidewind as `:` won't work for attributes.

It's better to do this as a post process.

It's better to go through Netlify since that's the route anyhow.

This deploys to gh-pages.

The trick is to transpile only.

This could be made better by implementing the hot replacement interface.

That's a bit tougher one.

This one is needed for type inference.
