use typedef Eigen::Matrix<> for the matrix and vector for H and V polytopes. Replace Eigen::MatrixXd everywhere in th code with MT and Eigen::VectorXd with VT. We made this adjustment because Eigen::MatrixXd uses double by default. Now we can use float or long_double through the whole implementation.

move folder number_types to external folder. Make corresponding adjustments to cmakelists.txt and in makevars file.
